  9. I guess its better this way. I had figured Ukraine would end up needing to strike Russian utilities as Russia was going to repeat their targetting of utilities from last years, and suffering seems to be the only language Russian citizens are willing to listen to, but its all the better if their own infrustructure crumbles below them and Ukraine doesn’t need to resort to that kind of reprisal.

  15. It seems the pumps were left running at full power so that tower overflows and does not freeze.

    Eventually the overflow freezes shut, water stops and rest of the system freezes and water stops.
