  3. If Russia says it takes months, it takes years. This facility was built by Germany with Western tech. Very hard to replace e.g. a Siemens controller computer.

  8. They will not even be able to really start figuring out what is damaged until they can melt all that ice. Fire damage covered in ice and water/ice penetrating things that it should not as well as parts that have had thermal shocks and sanctioned parts not available for replacement.

  9. Months. The thing is, that the whole facility needs to be gone over, section by section. Their not designed to just shut off or abruptly stopped dead.

    That alone is a big job. Plus drones..
