so do i have problem with work not paying my insurance? also idk if they are paying taxes too. do someone knows how to check if everything is alright and legal? i have from my work contract but after looking this idk if it is not blank paper

  2. Well, “składka opłacona” should match the “składka należna” so I guess noone is paying it, I would contact HR and ZUS for an explanation. Since they are at least reporting it this shouldn’t affect you as it’s all your employer responsibility
