That is an experienced marksman for sure.
I don’t know why his rifle has a scope, but I guess he just knows where the bullet will go. He’s not flinching – he is averting the blast by turning his head at an opportune moment – as he has an iron grip, he keeps the rifle pointed exactly where he knows the bullet will go… after taking a glance over the scope (not through it, that’s for amateurs).

He’s firing an anti-material rifle. Huge bullets fired at large objects. Likely not very far away either. According to the text, he’s firing at a Russian Kornet, an ATGM, which in this context is likely truck mounted. Prolly firing at an engine block from 50 to a couple hundred yards away. Give yourself a nice black eye if you aren’t placed right using that scope.

This type of footage really unsettles me, because these are the types of weapons you would only see in the hands of very well trained and/or well funded troops. Now you see them become common place everywhere. The power creep of more and more deadly weaponry in the hands of more and more people, who may have less self control, just doesn’t seem to bode well for humanity as a whole.
