Went to Sky Garden last November on a weekend morning and surprisingly not much crowd so it was a pretty easy access. I think it would be a better view during late Spring and Summer during peak golden hour to see the sunset with the city skyline view.
Would love to try Horizon 22 next but ticket seems impossible to get!
Went there nearly two years ago. It was was clear skies and the view was amazing.
City Hall is such a gem of a building. Such a shame that it went from being a seat of government to probably just luxury flats.
