  1. Great, more life in the city.

Remember recently seeing some mad “Friends of Finsbury Park” group, moaning about music there. “We will NEVER allow this to happen” – mate, you might be quite a few decades late to this one

  2. Totally pointless if they don’t sort out the noise restrictions / run the concerts earlier in the day. Sound was a mess this summer due to the limits on noise. With bigger crowds it’s only going to be worse for those at the back.

  3. It’s a complete shit show as it is. All Points East takes about an hour to get into, then 40 mins to get a pint. I’m amazed APE has only been 5k until now. (According to Wikipedia it was 40k)

Most of my mates have stopped going.

Also a hard stop on music at like 10pm is wild. Just as everyone is starting to get into it.

  4. What? All Points East and Field Day are both way larger than 20K?

    What am I missing here?

  5. A what what what now. Up from 5,000 to TWENTY THOUSAND. That’s ridiculous

  6. I like music festivals but I don’t like my coffee table going Untz Untz Untz Untz Untz until 10pm.

  7. As someone who lives close by, between the park and a tube station: fun!
