  1. yes, Sparkasse renews the PushTan registration over their own app approximately every 6 Months

  2. Yes. Everything is giving away a red flag. Especially .info

  3. Doesn’t matter if it is or not. NEVER click on a link like that. Google it instead, find the homepage and if it’s legit there will be a link there as well. If there isn’t but you still think it might be legit, call them and ask.

  4. I’ve been getting a lot of these as well, maybe 6 times in the past 3 weeks. I don’t even bank with Sparkasse. Definitely a scam.

  5. General rule of thumb:

.info → where you get the worst information
.biz → where you do the worst business

  6. The link name is your answer
Sp2-Sparkasse = Scam Passion to Sparkasse

  7. look at that url, look at that random message, of course it is a scam, isn’t it obvious?

  8. Good rule of thumb: If you think it’s a scam it is a scam.

  9. Sparkasse will do many things but most of them seem involve snail mail and paper so they can make sure it’s you and you can make sure it’s them. They are most definitely not sending you an sms or a whatsapp.
