This seems exaggerated or is it really true you only get €128 extra netto when you get a raise from €2500 to €3000? That’s only 25%, there’s no way there’s a 75% tax, right?
Edit: damn seems it is correct, that’s crazy.
And that while everything keeps getting more and more expensive… Nowadays you can’t get a lot anymore for 50 euro’s in most supermarkets…
only happens when you are at the point you lose your jobbonus. Aka, when your raise lifts you from what is considerd low income to (low) median income. Otherwise it is usually 500 will get you 250 extra net, around that at least.
