I’m shocked, SHOCKED, that this totally viable scheme isn’t happening.

Sounds like they are trying to force one of the govs to make a move, will Holyrood commit the spending and boost Scottish exports or will Westminster step in and do it to show us how great they are?

Shame, I used the ferry from Rosyth to Zeebrugge, I believe the prices on Newcastle to Amsterdam route have risen of late.
