  9. Did it actually hit a building though? I think it hit the road in front. In typical third world army style, they couldn’t hit the huge buildings directly.
    Still a terrorist act and did a lot of damage, but it could have been worse, like some of the other hits today.

  33. By continuing to attack Ukrainians civilians, Russia demonstrates their inability to understand war and economies, and more importantly human nature. Civilian targets do nothing against a war effort. They do not effect the enemies ability to build new weapons or feed their armies, and attacking non-military targets is an incredible waste of expensive weapons, and more importantly, they embolden the enemy to fight with vigor to avenge their families, and others around the world to extend their aid (and weapons) to the besieged victims. Only a moron would believe that killing the elderly with a multi-million ruble SSM will scare off the Ukrainians.

    Perhaps they only feel confident in their ability to attack defenseless targets?? hmmm…

    What they DO do is prove to the world military and moral weakness, inhumanity and a severe lack of honor. They also show how desperate and Neanderthalic Russians are. No respectable soldier or airman I EVER knew from respectable countries would ever target a civilian apartment complex. They would refuse the order. Says a lot about Russian regulars, the cavemen that are pushing the FIRE button, doesn’t it.
