I’d love some help with postage stamps please!
I like sending mail using proper postage. I bought these on eBay and have a couple of questions, are they even still valid for postage (they are unused!)
Can anyone explain why there are two lots of numbers on some of them and finally, can you please tell me what the postage would be for a standard letter and standard postcard to the UK please?
Thank you!

If the stamps are still with DMark values (I spot a lot of them like the horses on the lower right) these are all expired.
If they have been published after 2001 so with Euro values they are all still valid. For postage to the UK refer to this [Link ](https://www.deutschepost.de/de/b/briefe-ins-ausland/brief-postkarte-international.html) and then add the values of your available stamps together to reach the amount necessary to send letters to the UK.
The most stamps are 40 years old or even older.
I remember them from the collection of my mother.
The stamps with two numbers are Wohlfahrtsmarken ( welfare stamps).
You donated the additional price through the purchase.
