  1. She went through a lot from lupus, kidney failure and later a kidney transplant at a young age. She dealt with all the adversity and remained Positive. She still looks great and kept advancing her career too. Best of luck!

  2. I think she’s much more beautiful now. Maturity looks good on her.

  3. I feel that. My body has gone through so many changes since I got into my 40s. Sometimes I look back and I get sad that I will never look at hot as I did when I was younger. But the funny thing is that I have more self confidence now than I did back then.

  4. She looks great today and is a much better influence on having a normal, healthy body.

  5. Good for her, can’t imagine the extra stress that comes with being a celebrity

  6. Selena Gomez used to have such a hot body.

She still does, but she used to, too.

  7. Selena Gomez has opened up about her appearance while candidly reflecting on her body’s changes throughout the years.

Taking to her [Instagram Story](https://www.instagram.com/selenagomez) Monday night, the actress/singer showed her body in two images years apart.

“Today I realized I will never look like this again…” she wrote alongside a pic of her in a zebra bikini from 2013, when she was 21.

The now-31-year-old went on to share a photo from her getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, last year.

The pic showed the “Only Murders in the Building” actress wearing a high-waisted bikini bottom with a white bikini top.

“I’m not perfect, but I am proud to be who I am… Sometimes I forget it’s ok to be me,” she captioned the second image.

  8. She’s focused on being alive. When you have an autoimmune disease, everyday is an internal battle. Things like “being skinny” become trivial in the grand scheme of things.

  9. Humans look and feel different at 30 than they did at 20, back to you in the studio Babs.

  10. I’m actually begging someone anyone to take her phone away

  11. I think I enjoyed Only Murders in the Building Selena just as much as any other version of her over my life. I like fashion though and she’s always been one of the best styled celebrities in my opinion.

  12. Your basically on low dose prednisone for life post kidney transplant. She looks fantastic! Especially if you consider the prednisone daily.

  13. This lovely lady got the thickness

    Can I get a witness

This lovely lady got the thickness

Can I get a hell yeah

    Booty Betty thick-a-licious

    Shake it like she’s fearless

This lovely lady got the thickness

Can I get a hell yeah

  14. I was into wrestling and the entire thing is mindset. It’s not fun looking lean. It is possible. Excuses stand in the way.

  15. Maybe we don’t want you to look like you’re 16 forever

  16. Fix your damn veneers! They make you sound drunk cause they’re so fucked up

  17. My wife has absolutely gotten more attractive to me as she has aged. It goes beyond her looks though she carries this confidence and has these looks that just get my motor going. I have always thought she was a knockout but I don’t know, now, sometimes I look at her and I feel like I was hit with a ton of bricks.

  18. the fact someone not only spent time and effort turning a tweet some girl made about wanting to look young again amazes me, and still were paid for it. where are we as a society?

  19. It’s so important to normalize that human bodies do not stay the same size they were in their late teens and early 20s. It is normal for bodies to change and shift across the lifespan and it’s a healthy good thing!

  20. As an older man, I think she’s more attractive now.

  21. Hollywood sucks … stop making people feel bad about their “natural” body.

  22. I feel bad for her. With the bipolar depression and lupus. I mean she looked good but that’s how some men and woman look at 17 or 18. The body changes when you are older. Also she should stay away from social media. I know she has her make up company. But she should hire some one to run her social media accounts.

  23. I would maybe take this more seriously if the current comparison photo wasn’t photoshopped and posed within an inch of her life. Disingenuous

  24. I’ve got the perfect body but it’s in the trunk and starting to stink

  25. She’s gorgeous. She won’t look like that again and that’s ok.

  26. You can look like that in your 30s. You’ll just have to be ok with exercising a painful amount and eating a strict diet.

  27. The thing is, she is still beautiful and I hope she knows it.

  28. I feel this sentiment when I look at my face in the mirror. We as a culture need to do better with embracing aging. I’m trying to learn to see the beauty in my wrinkles and gray hairs and sags and bags. But society keeps saying, cover it up, dye it, ew! Grateful for Selena and Pamela and any public figure who embraces their body, goes no makeup, any kind of stand to just accept themselves in their own skin.
