   The protocol must now be voted by the full 600-seat General Assembly. If passed by Parliament, the president will then need to sign it into law.

13. The Turkish parliament approved it. Now Erdogan has to do the same, which I’d imagine will take another month, considering that the whole thing took almost two fucking years.
