Vladivostok, Russia: as a result of the fire at the Zagorodnaya substation today, about 100 thousand people and 475 apartment buildings were left without electricity and heating. Explosion was heard prior to the fire. Cause is unknown as usual.

4. Crazy if this was done by UA partisans. Vladivostok is as far from Ukraine as you can get within Russia.
