I have terrible news Bran, it was foreign minister Ertuğruloğlu who said that, not the usual village idiot we’re used to, aaaand you can’t change the title! Welp!
Anyways, I think If there was any country on Earth insane enough to recognise north Cyprus if it weren’t for a territorial dispute of their own, it would be ever turkophile Pakistan (*it literally doesn’t recognise Armenia as a state, lol*), and Mr. Tahsin “*the only path is recognition*” Ertuğruloğlu casually threw away the most miniscule of chances he had just to do some racism; and I can assure you, obsessed Pakistani nationalists *will* find out about his words even if they were for a British national.
Ertuğruloğlu deserves nothing but mockery & ridicule.
