I see my fellow Nordics struggling on the icy roads and present you the ultimate challenge, bumpy ice

  1. When Finland tries to kill you part 2: electric boogaloo

On top of being in constant danger of falling, you can also twist your ankle and if you fall, the bumps will painfully torture you and seal your fate

  2. I remember a few years ago when we also had this kind of weather here in Switzerland

Now I’m happy if it snows for Christmas 😐

  3. It’s always a fun time when lots of wet snow fall and then temperatures fall rapidly. Driving on some streets, especially near intersections and roundabouts, makes my car suspension want to impersonate four out of sync jackhammers.

[Dashcam mic can’t really handle the noise](https://streamable.com/6oat0i), so headphone warning.

  4. Uh.. that is boss level on flat ground, all we need now is having that, on a hill.. Oh wait.. i live on a hill… haven’t even looked outside today, hope i’m not stranded here without food.

  5. Is it? I am a safety engineer/test driver and regularily drive on frozen lakes. I always found polished ice the most extreme. Another bad thing is µSplit (polished ice on one side and high friction on the other side). Bumpy ice has a higher friction, so I dont see why it would be especially problematic. The only thing that’s shitty about bumpy ice in my experience: if you are walking and you fall, it will hurt more.
