Finland is doing just fine. Of course they’re gonna respond to pressure, but if they felt no need to join during the Cold War, I doubt they’re gonna do it now.

Finland has suffered economically a lot because of Russian sanctions and these NATO talks risk losing the rest of Russian trade. This could suddenly cost billions after billions to Finnish economy. Therefore the official line is silence.
