Even if they’ve had no successes they can cause so much worry in Russia counter intelligence just by saying its working.
So, why does the CIA feel the need to leak this information now? Counter intelligence or cyber attacks are not new tactics. Why do they need to promote themselves now? Is it because Americans know how much Russia is fucking with us, and they just want us to know that they do the same thing?
I feel like they are bit careless advertising their success or B this a psyop to try and sow paranoia among the russian leadership.
