UPD 11:27 – Sources in AFU claim that it is a successful operation performed by the Ukrainian air defense. They also mention that IL-76 carried S300 rockets on board. (Rockets used to shell Kharkiv regularly)
UPD 11:30 – Russian MoD claimed that 63 people on board were Ukrainian POWs transported for exchange.
That looked expensive. January has been bad for ruzzian nazi planes.
That is a heck of an explosion, wonder what the cargo was.
