If Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Anti-Apartheid activist and head of the “Truth and Reconciliation commission” in South Africa, thought it was a Palestinian Apartheid, then I am inclined to trust his Judgement.

If you are Jewish you have special rights in Israel (e.g. Law of Return).
Is that not apartheid by definition?
That’s before you event get to the settlements, blockades, etc.
I never understood these claims, they are things that are so easy to check and refute by simple comparisons.
Are mix-race children allowed in Israel? Yes.
Are there Palestinian government officials in Israel? Yes.
Are there Palestinian judges and lawyers in Israel? Yes
