A curious British person here.

I wondered what kind of discussion is happening in the Icelandic press/news about the possibility of there being a WW3?

Edit: Here’s a [link](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/01/23/public-call-up-army-too-small/) to a British broadsheet/non-tabloid paper discussing the potential war. Hence my interest in what other countries, especially peaceful ones like Iceland, might be thinking about it all.

  1. Þegar ég sé svona pósta þá fer ég að hugsa um hversu margir áróðurs botar og fjölmiðlaútsendarar eru á netinu. Bretland er í Atlandshafsbandalaginu líka þessi gæji er með okkur í liði, ef hann er frá bretlandi yfir höfuð. Nafnleysi á samfélagsmiðlum er styggjandi fyrirbrigði.

  2. Discussion about WW3 is not on the table since it’s not nearly as imminent as continuous volcanic eruptions

  3. WW3 isn’t happening. Any “news” company suggesting otherwise is fear-mongering.

  4. there’s not much that we could do about a ww3 if it were to happen so a discussion only goes so far and only so many clicks for the news outlets so it’s not a high priority topic.

  5. That link requires a subscription. So unless you share what it says (without paraphrasing) it’s not much good.
