Well it looks like we’ll actually get Sweden in before the 75th anniversary of the signing of the North Atlantic Treaty on April 4th.
What could Orban have hoped to accomplish by delaying the inevitable this long?
I guess he found out that Sweden has more damaging kompromat on him than russia has.

Just keep in mind that constitutional changes are going through the parliment in a week or less. The year-and-a-half delay on this issue is simply because Orbán wanted some free press publicity. He never managed to formulate a single demand towards Sweden, just enjoyed tbe limelight.
