This is way off at least 6 I can see missing in my area
Lovley stuff
I dont think this is correct.
Hey, I created this! The most up-to-date version is at gaapitchfinder.com. Here is a more recent image (the one posted by OP was created in Google Maps which could only use 20 colours I think).
If there’s a missing pitch feel free to DM me or mail me at [gaapitchfinder@gmail.com](mailto:gaapitchfinder@gmail.com).
I’d take it with a grain of salt if it was sourced from the GAA, I reckon their data is as bad as how they present it
How many of these places have theatres or libraries?
So much of the cultural life of rural Ireland is taken up by the GAA that anyone who doesn’t show an interest or partake is almost excluded. Especially in school, where you were treated like a problem to be managed rather than a person whose interests should be catered to.
Crock has the most but still has disappointing results how come ? Is it funding ?
There’s actually a GAA club on Inis Toirc and Cliara (Clare Island). I also believe one to be on Inis Bó Finne too
Loads missing from Dublin.
Class stuff. Something to be proud of.
And all of them are equally entitled cu.nts
Fun fact, Abbeyfeale (co. Limerick) gaa club is in Co. Kerry because it’s just over the border
