I thought the procurator fiscal prosecuted those cases in Scotland?
So if the evidence was to the standard required, why did the PF prosecute them?
Breaking News: The Procurator Fiscal is the Legally qualified person in Scots Law who decides.
Reports outlining the case and evidence are written by unqualified Police, Council and HMRC Officers on a daily basis – few, if any, of them are ‘qualified’ in Scots Law.
The Post Office have made many, many more dick moves needing called out than this.
