  5. I got the same for pushing someone “common assault” 5 month sentence suspended for 2 years and a 300 fine this really pisses me off

  13. Lads, we couldn’t even sack a district judge convicted of child molestation. A high court judge could probably drive through your house while high on crack having just killed a hooker…..and still walk away with a wristslap and their pension.

    If we had instead been shown a video of this incident rather than reading it as a Judge Nolan headline we’d be saying that “yer man deserved a dig” (he didn’t but that’s how reddit be). This is absolutely the situation for a non-custodial sentence.
