The residents here are APT Parkview thought that when building works were announced, they’d be fixing; the leaking roof, holes in the building which let rodents in, the heating system that never works, the hvac systems that haven’t been serviced in 3 years, the security cameras that don’t work, the fire doors that always break under their own weight, etc.
Instead we get this. Some poorly executed eye sore that blocks the digital displays for the lifts.

It’s [dazzle camouflage](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dazzle_camouflage) to try and confuse building inspection.
This is giving me a headache just by looking at it. And makes me irritated. I’m sure there is a very good reason your landlord decided to paint the walls this way. A professional shrink might even shed some light on it.
