Even though these baddies are two years expired, I feel blessed to have found these!
Tyrozets were discontinued back in 2020 due to the fact they contain a small dose of an antibiotic, they were without doubt the best over-the-counter medicine on the market!
I have 15 leftover and I have admittedly used two today in hopes of fighting off an infection caused by porous tonsils.

I remember the feel of them, or rather the lack of feeling from the anaesthetic in them! They were amazing

Taking expired anti-biotics could mean that you are also about to be expired – not a good idea at all.
These were like crack, I used to eat them as a kid.
They’d make my tongue numb rather than the back of my throat
I miss Dequadin or was it Dequacaine? Either way – one of them worked ridiculously well.

TIL that these wonderful tablets were discontinued In 2020, they are the only thing (because of the tiny anesthetic) that actually helped ease a sore throat and now I am sad.

These were the best, a sore throat is just the worst.
I have a few bottles left over myself and I jealously guard them.
I understand there are throat sprays and maybe some lozenges with the active painkiller Benzocaine in them though, so I might have to get some.
I gave my last one to my son last year 😢
