It is a good thing that Erdogan has no bigger problems than the name of the state.😁 Will the Turks wake up and remove the fool from power?
Turk-E-Yea
say it in one go
all i can hear is gobble gobble
The Exchange rate of the Turkish Lira to the Turkiye Dinar will be 1:10000

Will this change the adjective? Turkiyish?
Turki
Turkish value quiz :
How old was aicha abubakr when Mohammed boned her the first time ?
The name in English will remain Turkey.
Remember other countries like Hungary, they don’t call their country like that.
Again Erdogan with his insanityes.
🦃ye!
Works for me.
I guess it will stop the memes with Turkey (the bird)
Yhh, and now we’re gonna have a flood of smartasses correcting everyone with “actually, its called turkiye…”, as if languages worked this way :/ Thanks, Erdogan!
Fill the country with “refugees” without checking any criminal background from all over the world like a dumpster, force Islamo-fascist ideology on people, get rid of any values like human rights, freedom of speech etc. Fuck up the economy and tell people to eat simit and feta. Seems like changing the name of the country would work but I would suggest “wannabe another shithole middle eastern country” instead of Turkey. That would fit us better to be honest.
I’m going to keep pronouncing it and spelling it “Turkey” regardless. You guys do you.
In other news, the Lira is now worth less than the toilet paper it is printed on.
Now in America we have to say we had Turkiye for Thanksgiving dinner.
In Dutch the name is already Turkijewhich is pronounced the same way. Any reason for this name change?
To be honest I sympathize with the Turks on this lol imagine being at the end of all the haha bird country turkey jokes.
