Fact of the day: this town is name-checked in Day Of The Jackal (the 1973 version). The Jackal poses as a Danish schoolteacher named Per Lundqvist, who claims to hail from the town of Silkeborg.
It’s kinda funny to read Danish as someone who speak Dutch. Oh germanic languages 🙂
