28. The shadow of Afghanistan hangs over the Houthi conflict. In Afghanistan the US spent $1 trillion for nothing!! Against the Houthis, each air strike using precsion guided missles, costs the US millions of $. For what? To hit some vague, primitive concrete bunker? The Houthis mount serious campaigns using simple drones and home made missles that cost only a few hundred $. The US is spending its way into bankruptcy and achieving very little in the process.
