  2. I’m curious, is this a brand new trial because Trump couldn’t keep his mouth shut after he lost the last one and is being sued again, or is this part of the trail he lost a few months ago?

  11. Since he’s diminished the value of her name and reputation, her “brand” so to speak, the jury should award her his brand. All rights to use of the name “Trump” in real estate, hospitality, consumer products, etc., any business Trump has ever engaged in, as well as all trademarks and brand names owned by those enterprises, should be made Carroll’s, and Trump will have to either rebrand all properties and companies, or negotiate with her, and her lawyer, for a licensing fee.
