The Usa has long been the worlds 1 percent country abusing the longer percentages in some way. It is not pretty. But they behaved far better post WorldWar2 then what those other 2 countries did. And at the cold war start they began by starving Germans. For the benefit of a dictator. At least the Usa was dictator free themselves, and sadly quite generous for foreign dictators.
