Is Lewis McKenzie a heavyweight of journalism?
# ‘SHITLER’
Sounds an awful lot like they’re saying the SNP should avoid scrutiny because some journalists are going for clickbait.
I know it wasn’t the intended purpose of getting the WhatsApp messages, but I know that we can all put aside our backgrounds and political beliefs and agree that it’s fucking hilarious
Neil Findlay really is a massive arsehole though.
The exchanges between Sturgeon and Liz Lloyd prove that crucial decisions were made through WhatsApp chat. Sturgeon destroyed evidence of some of the most important decisions she ever made. And her supporters are lining up to excuse her and laugh at her slagging off that muppet Johnson. This country is so fucked.
Tbh, I think it’s actually a positive thing to see our politicians can talk to one another like normal folk.
When he does it in parliament, or they have to start bleeping out half of FMQ, it’s newsworthy.
Nonsense like this detracts from the important things, like joking about how to avoid FOI requests.
Shitler 😂
It moves on to Wales next month. Will be interesting to see if Labour will be held to the same standard as the SNP – especially since Drakeford has already admitted messages have been deleted – and has had to correct the record after first denying he had WhatsApp on his phone.
Il be especially interested if the Westminster Labour front bench have handed over all messages at this time so we can see how communication worked between Labour in Westminster and Labour in Wales. Was decision making in Wales hampered or helped? Were there any instructions given – and if so were they followed or ignored?
Note – ALL messages.
SNP were told to hand over everything- and it was up to the Inquiry to decide if relevant. Will Starmer and his team be held to the same standard?
Or will by then will the media move on from messages?
