I have seen them here and they look interesting, 200 EUR per month to handle the usual commitments for an umbrella company
It seems too good to be true?

according to house on enterpreneurship those are really not ‘necessary’
they just take off the admin off your back for a fee.
you will look like a fake employee with some sort of cdi. so it may help to rent a flat if your landlord requries a cdi as a freelance you usually do not have cdi.
if you want to go to freelance i suggest to book an appointment to house of enterpreneurship in kirchberg. they help you asking for a business permit. how much you should invoice, as a freelance the part the usually your employer pays, you will have to pay it yourself.
