  1. BBC really hammed up this speech of his yesterday as if it was some pivotal moment in history.

  2. Just an example of one of the many, many ways Northern Irish / UK media will apply language, phrasing, positioning and emphasis to bolster or re-enforce or ad credibility to a person or a story vs how an impartial new provider deals with it.

  3. Typical RTE not using someone’s title. Nothing I’ve ever faced personally of course.

  4. Missed the chance for “Unionism ultras turn on Donaldson”

  5. Today in the news “taking a salary and not doing your job for two years has potential consequences”

  6. He’s probably due some threats for not taking the deal and leaving the country in stagnation for the last two years. Of course he’s getting threatened by loyalists for thinking of taking a deal: fucking clowns.

  7. Always remember that the BBC is the British Broadcasting Corporation and only exists to promote British imperialist propaganda throughout the world.

  8. Well he’s got form for this. Put his twitter on private because of unspecified “threats” he’d apparently received, but it conveniently means he’s able to post his nonsense and criticise others and misinform without anyone bring able to reply. All the DUP post like that now.

Genuinely why would anyone threaten Jeffrey Donaldson? And who? Republicans love him atm. Does he mean hardline loyalists? Sure he’s arm in arm with them. Who does that leave – Hamas? ETA? Colombian cartel?

  9. No fan of DUP but what a load of bollocks. All media outlets report stories differently. Dry your eyes.

  10. Keep it up Wee Jeff, you have fast tracked our little isle closer to a united ireland & us shinners love you . We couldn’t have got this close to a flying a tricolour over the whole on our dear Taig isle . No Surrender Jeff
