  1. This is a cooler idea than The Joker since Kingpin actually existed before Spiderman.

  2. Kingpin in Netflix Daredevil was way more realistic than the Joker anyways

  3. I love how much D’Onofrio loves the Kingpin. He was definitely a highlight of the Daredevil show.

  4. Kingpin was always a realistic character. Big crime boss, no powers, smart, ruthless, calculating, all business, ruled from the shadows while maintaining a good public image… Nothing is unrealistic about the character.

  5. I feel like the Kingpin we’ve gotten from the MCU is one of the more realistic portrayals of the character. Especially considering when you look at how he looked in Spider-Verse.

  6. I want him to be the big bad of a phase built around Tom Holland and isn’t the highest stakes possible.

  7. I finally got around to watching the What If episodes and I swear to god who came up with these scenarios? It’s so random

  8. The only fans left of that show are its actors and im tired of hearing from them

  9. Personally I’d like the opposite. Kingpin is supposed to be huge, like fuckin ginormous. This realistic take just really falls flat for me. D’onofrio is an amazing actor and I’m not taking anything away from what he’s done, I’d just like to see a bigger than life presentation of how the character is in the comics.

  10. This dude yaps so much, feel like every other day I hear some story about how he wants to see this or that

  11. Just give the man his own show. I would be 100% there for it.

  12. What does that even mean? Wasn’t his character in daredevil already grounded and realistic? I’d rather see a what if…? Where he’s more comic booky and has super fat man strength

  13. He may be looking at the wrong series. Honestly the way he plays kingpin IS the realistic Joker-style version!
