So, after answering to job offers online (in fcb and job portals) I got couple WhatsApp messages from different versions of the same: work around two hours per day, install our “back-office software”, write hotel rates, we pay you in USDT (per task but over €3000 with very little and flexible time, to good to be truth)
Someone knows which kind of scam it is and what they get? Info, money?

Very stupid scams because when it comes to a trip they ask you to pay upfront to a „special“ account some money. It’s incredible stupid
It is called a “task scam”.
You are made to do “work” that could be done by a monkey, because you just click on things (they don’t want reviews, you will just give a hotel five stars in their “back office”, which is a totally fake platform that only exists so you can click on things).
The “ratings” you are supposed to do come in “packages” of “tasks”. You have to “unlock” those through paying cryptocurrency into an account. They may pay out a very small sum at the start. But after that, the packages get more and more expensive. Often they come in packages of 40, and there are special tasks that are more expensive to buy than others. Those tend to show up when you are at 38/40, and a payout of thousands of dollars is dangled in front of you.
At some point, it basically turns into a slot machine. People keep paying in thanks to the sunk cost fallacy, and ultimately they lose thousands or tens of thousands of Euro.
