I’m a trial attorney, and most of us are able to pick up on *the look* judges give when we are about to cross a line. It’s a litigation skill to be able to read the judge and know precisely when to stfu.
Calling this woman a lawyer is like calling a McDonalds worker a chef.
I have absolutely no legal background, have only ever been to court for traffic and parking tickets, and she’s not far off from my skill level.
The only reason she’s trumps lawyer is because she’s hot and he’s probably banging her.

She wanted closing arguments to include presentation of evidence that were not ever put on the record, not established to have relevance or foundation. It’s absolutely inappropriate, contrary to trial practice even at the municpal court level, and when she was denied she didn’t humbly back down but kept arguing. After representing Trump, so many of his attorneys have had to deal with disciplinary hearings, disbarrment and, in multiple cases, successfully prosecuted criminal charges (Ellis, Cohen).
With Guliani now bankrupt, how do these people think being Trump’s latest professional embarassment will turn out well for them?

When the rule of law (it’s not lack of respect for the judiciary, it is disrespecting the actual law of the land to take the piss in this way) is not respected, it’s really all over.
Can we go ahead and ban articles about judges saying “I’m counting to 10! I really mean it this time!” and only make them into news stories if they ever actually DO something?
All these stories fail to focus on the core issue:
Trump raped a woman and then harassed her incessantly about it.
All these stories serve to ignore that fact.
Trump raped that woman and for years has used his platform to harass the victim of his sexual violence.
