There is an action in kruidvat of 100 pack of their lungo Nespresso capsules for around 11 euros.
Don’t buy them.
I have about 20% working rate with them, for some reason the coffee inside is not packed at appropriate pressure or something, which causes the nespresso machine to pierce the capsule but the water inside doesn’t reach high enough presure for the aluminium foil to press on the “wafer”, and then the water just flows outside the capsule and you get no coffee.
I know these are cheap and shitty, but when you buy a product you expect it to work.
And before you say it, my machine only does this to these capsules and I have already used tens of different capsules without issues.

  1. Don’t buy shitty capsule machines to start with, such an idiotic waste of resources

  2. I don´t get why you want to buy a good coffee machine and then buy crap coffee 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

  3. If it’s a proper Nespresso machine, it’s Nespresso ‘s fault. They patented the rubber gasket that’s supposed to keep in the pressure.

Non Nespresso cup style machines have this worked around.

I don’t use cups, no need for plastic waste just to have 1 cup of coffee.

  4. The ones from Jumbo are the best in their 40 packs. They are aluminium and made by L’Or, a Douwe Egberts brand. .

  5. Honestly you should try to avoid Kruidvat as much as possible, extremely predatory employer.

  6. Been using the same ones for over a year… never had any issues with it. Are you sure it’s not your machine that’s the problem?

  7. Just get an aeropress and a grinder and find a roaster you like.

  8. OP i understand the convenience in nespresso. And atleast you take the aluminium recycable pods vs the plastic enviromental nightmare that is dolce gusto…but switch to a proper coffee maker.

A good bean grinding coffee maker like a delonghi issent that expensive. Or invest in an expensive one.

Or do my way. Bean grinder and coffee maker from moccamaster.

In the long run you get your money back from much cheaper coffee And you have excellent coffee.

  9. Lang nespresso gehad en dacht sat het goeie koffie was. Ben blij dat ik naar een bonenmachine ben overgestapt

  10. You could have stopped after Kruidvat in your title lol!

  11. The coffee also has a very bitter taste to it too. Do not recommend whatsoever.

  12. Don’t buy capsules anyway, what an extreme waste of plastic for one cup.

Just get yourself a French press, better, easier and cheaper.

  13. I have the same problem with plastic cups from Delhaize, the problem is they don’t get punctured at the front, so the machine just pushes water against a closed cup. The plastic cups just crumple under the water pressure.

FYI, we don’t drink coffee, it is just for visitors. If there are cheaper, cleaner solutions to make a coffee once a week, I’m all ears.

  14. You can easily return them and get your money back, no problem
