So if I start counting GOPers who have spoken positively of this bill – McConnell, Romney, Murkowski, Collins, Tillins, Lankins, Graham, Thune, and Capito. That’s 9. This plus the 51 in the Dem caucus makes 60.
I think there is still a very good chance this passes the Senate.
