Hi, can you please help me figuring out who has the priority on this road?
I always thought this is a warning sign, I have priority and don’t have to yield with it, but here it can be quite dangerous for cyclists, as bike lane literally crosses the road in the middle, so better to ask and be sure.

The car traffic has priority here (this road appears to be a priority road in addition to rechts-vor-links).
It warns of bicyclists. These are usually set up at spots where bike paths cross or merge onto the road. Also note that at the road the white van is stopped at, bikes can turn left whereas others can only go straight or turn right. So there might be some surprising interactions in that spot.
