According to Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, all 27 EU members have agreed to support a new four-year, €50 billion aid for Ukraine.

  2. The opposing countries signed off on this? I’m surprised yet relieved by this! There must be lots of stuff going behind the scenes that we don’t know about.

    Either way, this is good news!

  3. Reconstruction aid is great, but aid for the war is a much higher priority right now. Funds to stop Russia’s fossil fuel exports, for example, would be a great choice.
