I’ve been meaning to ask about this since summer – I spotted these flags in the hedgerow next to the pathway down the main road from Kitee station to the town. Didn’t seem to be marking anything specific, and weren’t entirely regularly spaced, but they were consistent most of the way down the road. Any ideas?
