I’m an American and I believe in our ideals and our constitution, but there is no way I would serve on that jury, congratulations for having bigger courage than me because I would’ve noped out of that during voir dire… regardless of my political leanings.
It’s scary to think how this warning may impact future jury pools for his other pending trials. If I knew my life would be threatened for serving on a jury, I’d do everything I could to get excused. Worse, is that this could result in more MAGA jurors, who might consider themselves safe from retaliation.
