The US’s largest renewable developer says it’s ‘unlikely’ GOP would gut clean energy tax credits. Biden’s landmark Inflation Reduction Act has created a US clean energy manufacturing boom. Republicans have vowed to tear it apart. But benefits are flowing mostly to Republican states.

  1. Conservatives will happily undo anything the enemy has done, whatever the price.

  2. I’m not a fan of Biden, but this is lowkey a brilliant move, that will probably be the best aspect to his legacy (his ACA).

The green energy boom is inevitable…literally, the carbon economy is non-renewable, the transition to non-carbon energy will have to happen.

And if America doesn’t do it now, before we’re desperate, while we are still cranking out millions of barrels of oil and gas, then we will be buying that tech from China in the future.

    And it’s a win-win….it’s actually a win-win-win.

    1. It transitions us to cleaner energy

    2. It brings manufacturing back to America (and energy manufacturing, so it will be a really solid manufacturing base for at least the next few generations)

    3. And it makes it decreases our dependence on foreign energy markets

There really isnt any logical reason for anyone to be against it…not the left nor the right. It’s just good policy all around, and I’ll give Biden his props for that.
