It seems there were a petition to remove the obligation of Luxembourgish for nationality, but it failed in getting the full signatures, makes me wonder how much non Eu citizen are in the country, did they all miss the petition ?

It could be that they too believe that, to have a country’s nationality, you must speak the language
I am not from the EU and i believe that this is nonsense
