  1. This is worse than the Bush Administration going after those that pointed out their lies, inconstancies and damn outright deception. Disagreeing with the indiscriminate murdering of innocent civilians is not antisemitism! It is humane! STOP all AID now.

  2. Biden’s words are not known to have any values lately. He acts swiftly to cut UNRWA funding but keep’s his ass wide open for Bibi. He is confused.

  3. Considering how 1/5 of Gen Z views the holocaust he’s probably right.

  4. I wanted to be the first one to write, “but what about!!” but unfortunately, 3 comments in and I’m already beaten to the punch.

  5. we have much more important problems than “antisemitism “

  6. This comment section will be civil and logical surely.

Surely there won’t be any anti-Semitism from hyper reactionaries that proudly call themselves liberal or leftists

*SURELY* not on an article simply stating that anti-semitism is unacceptable on ***HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE DAY.***

  7. Wild that out of the first few comments it’s basically a coin flip between “yes, antisemitism and the holocaust were bad” and “Nobody cares about the holocaust, something something support Hamas guys”

  8. The holocaust was over 80 years ago; how much longer are we supposed to arm and protect Israel? What they are doing now is no worse than what the Germans did to them.

  9. Instead of antisemitism being the lesson from the holocaust, he should be remembering genocides and how they are done. And with that in mind, the Israeli protesters blocking aid should be forced out of the way.

We have ships nearby. Why not offload some soldiers to that border and just clear out those protestors so the aid trucks can get through.

That protest isn’t non-violent. It is causing mass starvation during a genocide. If the IDF can’t do it, Biden should at least talk about addressing it.

The level of backwardness on Biden’s part is staggering.

  10. Demanding that Israel cease their slaughter of innocent women and children is in no way being anti-semitic.

  11. Remembering the Holocaust while giving his full throated support for another genocide.

  12. He’s right. Antisemitic hate crimes are on the rise. This is not ok. We’re better than this.

  13. In the meantime, the likely Republican nominee is spending today threatening a woman he raped after losing an $80 million defamation case.

  14. Biden’s crocodile-tear-laden calls for civility fall on deaf ears while he actively does everything in his power to aid and abet a genocide.

If you want to put power behind a message that rightfully deserves to be expressed – don’t be the biggest fucking hypocrite on Earth.

  15. I wish nicknames were tied to their age. I’m pretty sure there would be a clear correlation between what you think about this.

As I transition from youth to old, I can tell how stupid and naive we are in our youth and how stubborn and single minded we become as we grow old.

  16. joe biden is weaponizing claims of antisemitism so that he can justify the genocide of Palestinian people being a victim of the holocaust does not give you the right to do the same actions to Palestinians that the nazis did to the jews

what the Israeli government is doing to the Palestinians is just like what the Nazis did to the jews

  17. What he said had nothing to do with Israel and everyone out here is screaming stupid blood libels at Israel. Just reminds us all why Israel needs to exist

  18. Yeah, can you imagine a group using a propaganda campaign to justify genocide?

  19. I stg if anybody says speaking out against antisemitism on Holocaust Remembrance Day is a dog whistle for being Zionist I WILL lose my fucking mind

  20. Just a reminder that hate on the current Israeli government isn’t antisemitism.

  21. I like how, as an American Jewish person living in American and have never been to Israel, that what is happening in Israel is something that I need to somehow be fucking blamed for.

And this entire goddamned thread will never understand the point and *its exhausting*.

  22. I’m sure there are a bunch of real antisemites out there, but it seems like antisemitism has taken on a bit of a broad brush these days. Like not being happy with our response to 9/11 getting you labeled unpatriotic, so is not being okay with the mass bombing of Gaza getting you labeled as antisemitic. I’m disgusted by Bibi’s regime, not jews as a whole. There is no question that Hamas needs to eradicated, but Bibi has taken full advantage of them in order to genocide Palestinians and avoid any peaceful solutions as well.

  23. Bro what?! BRO. Zionism is fucking cancer. It’s as if the Jewish people think they are untouchable because of the horrors they went through as a people. But that’s not fair.

  24. In honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day Israel can continue their genocide – Butcher Biden

Also fuck the ICJ – Genocide Joe

  25. Great, maybe we start by stopping the ongoing Genocide in Gaza?

  26. What the hell does Holocaust Remembrance Day have to do with what’s going on in Gaza? I knew some people would be offended that someone wants to show sympathy for Jews in this comment section and I wasn’t disappointed at all.

  27. Has a single cabinet member even attempted to explain to this man how myopic, pathetic and hypocritical his handling of Gaza has been? Surely one of them has the integrity to tell him to his face that he has destroyed his credibility when it comes to international order.
