  29. EU recently told me that targeting civilian building and water and power was acceptable when Israel does it. I’m guessing their position will be the same about Ukraine?

  30. Unlike Ukraine (e.g. in Belgorod or Donetsk), Russia does not intentionally attack residential buildings or hospitals that are only used for civilian purposes. If they are destroyed, it often has to do with improper anti-aircraft defense (there is a lot of evidence of this) or because military/mercenaries were housed there. Russian commanders are under strict orders to spare civilians wherever possible.

  32. And remember, rockets that were "shut down" doesn't "disappear".
    Most of those "Hit civilians" are rockets that were heading towards military targets but were intercepted and changed course

  40. Putin is insane. He believes NATO will attack Russia and so do many of his people. When WW2 ended, the US could have destroyed Russia or any other country. It was the only country in the world that had nuclear weapons. The US did not do it.
