Was there a place in Slovakia named “Virna Alsova”or “Virna Oslova”?

This picture is from a U. S. World War II draft registration card. I can’t find anything online using this place name spelled as “Virna Alsova” or “Virna Oslova”. I believe this person lived near friends who emigrated from “Nacina Ves” (Vybuchanec).
