government stopped caring about social housing and things went downhill from there… capitalism is beautiful
Everyone wants to live in the city center and someone is willing (and able!) to pay those prices. However it is a very nice area to live in. Walking distance to the Alte Pinakothek. If I was rich, I would think of buying this as a weekend getaway.
Its going to get a lot worse
Yeah but I mean come on, that is like almost dead centre in one of the most expensive cities in Germany.
At least it’s Provisionsfrei
Munich is a cultural wasteland hollowed out by capitalist interests. Unfortunately barely nothing survived from the city’s peak in the 1970s.
